Spanish lawyer responsible for the legal services
Eloy Becerra Daly, practising abogado (Spanish lawyer), registered under no. 108020 with the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (Madrid Bar Association, ICAM), whose professional qualification to practise as an abogado was obtained in Spain. His registration as a practising abogado can be verified in the public register of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (Madrid Bar Association, ICAM).
The legal services are provided in accordance with the Estatuto General de la Abogacía Española (General Statute of the Spanish Legal Profession) —Real Decreto (Royal Decree) 135/2021, available in the Boletín Oficial del Estado (Spanish Official State Gazette), boe.es/eli/es/rd/2021/03/02/135/con— and with the Código Deontológico de la Abogacía Española (Code of Professional Conduct of the Spanish Legal Profession), available on the website of the Consejo General de la Abogacía Española (General Council of the Spanish Legal Profession), abogacia.es. Professional indemnity insurance
The abogado (Spanish lawyer) is covered by the collective professional indemnity insurance policy taken out by the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (Madrid Bar Association, ICAM) as policyholder, underwritten by CASER and placed through the broker AON Iberia, with a basic sum insured of €330,000 per claim. The cover of the policy in force at any given time applies, and we will provide evidence of it to anyone who requests it.
Terms of use
Access to the site is open and free of charge. The contents are general information and do not constitute legal advice: no lawyer-client relationship arises from visiting this site, using the price calculator or writing to us on WhatsApp. The professional relationship arises only upon signature of the engagement letter.
The price simulations produced by the calculator are estimates based on the data the user enters. The binding amount is the one stated in the engagement letter.
Prices
The fees shown by the price calculator are stated inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), at the standard rate of 21%. That is the figure shown and the figure charged.
They do not include the amounts paid to third parties —taxes on the transaction, notarial fees, land registry fees, administrative charges and, where applicable, the fees of an outside gestoría (Spanish administrative agency)— which the calculator itself itemises separately and which are not our fees.

The contents, trademarks and design of the site belong to Dalyko Partners, S.L. or are used with authorisation.
The legal documents on this site
Alongside this legal notice, the site publishes the privacy policy, the cookie policy and the terms of service. All four share the same version and are linked from the footer of every page, together with the extract from the record of processing activities, which is published for transparency and is not a policy.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law. For consumers, jurisdiction lies with the courts that the law mandatorily designates in their favour —including the courts of their domicile— and this notice cannot alter that.
The four policies on this site share the same version, which is the one archived when you give your consent. The version changes only when the substance changes (a new purpose, a new recipient, a different retention period or a different legal basis); correcting a typo does not create a new version.
